The students wear their ADD t-shirts on Wednesdays and when volunteering at the Riverfest and Celtic Festivals. ü Attended and Marketed at the High School Showcase Dec. 12, 2014. (Did the students come out and help you with marketing? If so, that could go under Work Based Learning (Standard 10) and Career Focus (Standard 2).
ü ADD students competed in the VMA Robotics Competition on Oct. 2, 2014 and a marketing table was setup to introduce parents, students and the community to the Academy. (This can also go under Work Based Learning-Standard 10.)
ü Ms. Dumas has been marketing the Academy at the feeder middle schools. She also talked to the Parents of AVID students on Parent Nights at both Campbell Middle School and Holly Hill School.
ü To assist with recruitment, I have been giving Ms. Dumas pencils to give to the students and tangibles like technical drawings and other objects from the 3D Printer for the students to look at and hold. (This can also go under Standard 9: Articulation.
ü Do the students have their own t-shirts? If so, that is a form of marketing, too, as you know.
ü Alumni-I noticed that the Seabreeze Website has information regarding alumni: http://seabreezehigh.org/alumni-tab/database.htm
